Our web based office system allows our advisory representatives the ability to fully upload client files into our “virtual home office” for review. From the virtual office, files are tagged for approval via our automated work flow system. Once approved, an approval email will be sent to our advisory representative.
The system is designed to speed up the review/approval process and cut down on the time it takes to invest your client’s funds. It will also provide our representatives with access to their client files from anywhere in the world at any time, and serve as an extension to their record retention and disaster recovery plan.
